A business recommendation!! Allow coffee pots at the table. Your waitresses work very hard at making sure your customers are taken care of. Your coffee drinking people don't always have the patience to wait for more coffee. Your may be considering the service aspect with the one on one contact. I for one do not appreciate waiting for coffee when it could be a convience at the table for me. I would stop by more often if I could have the coffee at my table. We Frequent Perkins and small town Cafe's specifically for that reason. Can't imagine you would loose much money with convience as I would likely visit you more often and spend more money.
We went for breakfast -- the food was actually pretty good, but the service was awful. We sat and listened as the staff argued with each other over who was supposed to be doing what. The hostess ended up being our server b/c no one ever came to our booth to get our drink or food orders. We waited over 45 minutes get our food and they were missing one of the plates. She acknowledged it right away and assured us it would be right up. Fifteen minutes or so went by before I finally flagged our waitress back down to ask about the pancakes. She had to go over and bark orders at the kitchen to get it for us. (Meanwhile, we were pretty much already done with the rest of our food) I went up to the counter to pay and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come and take my card. There was another gentleman waiting to pay as well. No one came. I finally found cash and set it on the counter saying to an employee that we needed to leave, could she please take this for me. I got a "sure, I suppose" and then I walked out. I've never left a review before, but this service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. It was disorganized, unfriendly and incredibly slow. Kudos to the hostess who stepped in to try and help by also acting as server. We will not be revisiting this place again.
The cook forgot to put jalapeños in it and I had to call the server Pam (Probably Pamela is he full name). Fortunately the problem was solved quickly.
Service and food is terrible, we have gave it multiple chances and has got no better. I would not recommend this place
The service here is awesome. Food is very good and hot. A great place to eat. Been here before and had Victoria for our server both times this lady is awesome very friendly and always smiling. Hope she serves us again next time.
This Danny's is located inside Kwik Trip truck stop.
A portion of Crazy Spicy Skillet was decently large and looking nice. It came to my table in about 7 minutes as soon as I ordered. The place wasn't really busy at 10 pm, Tuesday.
I would to give them 4,5 stars.
